At Lucky's Car Care, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our cleaning products and accessories. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returning Products
- You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Customized products, used accesoiries or opened liquids cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at hello@luckyscarcare.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos of the product if applicable.
- Wait for our confirmation and further instructions.

2. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
- No restocking fees.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Please report it within 48 hours of receipt via hello@luckyscarcare.com with photos of the damage.
- We’ll provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement product or a full refund.
5. Exceptions
- Used products, opened bottles or liquids, and gift cards cannot be returned.
