- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day.
- Free shipping on orders over €60 within Belgium.

- Belgium: Standard delivery €6.55
- Netherlands: Standard delivery €7.66
- Germany: Standard delivery €8.50
- France: Standard delivery €10.66
- Austria: Standard delivery €13.34
- Italy: Standard delivery €16.95
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Shipping (Belgium): 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 5-10 business days (customs clearance may affect delivery times)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, and Austria.
- Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulations.

- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the package or offer a resolution.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
- Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@luckyscarcare.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible via hello@luckyscarcare.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return them in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Additional Fees: Please note that any costs incurred due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
